| Flow of Funds: |
Proposals for competitive funds are submitted by eligible entities to DOE. First round proposals are due to DOE on May 29, 2009, with possible round two proposals due September 30, 2009. DOE will review the applications and make 30 awards nationally. Interested fleets can have their projects submitted as part of an application being aggregated by NYSERDA. All projects must be endorsed by one of New York’s Clean Cities Coalitions (located on Long Island, in New York City and the lower Hudson Valley, the Capital District, and in the Syracuse, Rochester, and Buffalo areas).

| Obligation Deadline: |
Vehicle deployment and infrastructure development must be completed within two years of award.

Program reporting requirements will be specified in the Federal Assistance Reporting Checklist, DOE 4600.2 which will be attached to the award agreement.
