Non-profit cultural organizations with service and support-oriented positions-at-risk, including but not limited to service organizations and local arts councils.

| Flow of Funds: |
The National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) will distribute funds to State Arts Agencies, including the New York State Council on the Arts. Eligibility requirements and guidelines are posted at www.nysca.org .
The NEA will also distribute funds to regional arts organizations and designated local arts agencies to be re-granted to eligible nonprofit organizations. Visit www.nea.gov for more information.
Note: Competitive grants were also made available through the National Endowment for the Arts. The application deadline for these grants was April 2, 2009.
